A market leading, transparent personal bonus scheme based on directly attributed fee revenue, calculated quarterly based on contracts signed and paid monthly based on collections. There are no penalties for late client payments.
Additional quarterly bonuses paid based on achieving grade based target thresholds for Associate Consultants through to Managers.
Quarterly events for both individual high achievers and overall company performance.
Annual cash or incentive trip reward based on achieving an annual grade based target (as opposed to a single target for all levels).
