For clients engaging us to work with them we pledge to:

Prioritise securing a face to face or VC meeting with you.




Set clear expectations at the outset, highlight any challenges we may face, provide potential solutions, and give updates on progress and timelines on a weekly basis.

Give market insight on likely salary expectations for the role you want to hire and ongoing market updates when needed.

Follow any organisational compliance and testing processes that you wish to integrate.



Meet every candidate face to face (in-person or via VC) and conduct a full interview before making a formal representation.

Respond within 1 business day following any initial query and within 2 business days of a completed job brief with more specific insights.

Prompt and encourage the consideration of diversity, equity and inclusion when defining search parameters with HR and hiring managers.

Notify you if (and explain why) we are unable to progress any further with a search process.

Ensure that only trained consultants are fully accountable for any search, with experience increasing with the seniority/complexity of the vacancy.

Gain specific permission from every candidate to represent them for each opportunity.

Whilst our aim is to get it right every time, this won’t always be the case. If you have experience of us not delivering against any elements of the pledge, please send us the details and we’ll investigate, revert and endeavour to do better next time.
