Wendy Suen

Head of Talent Solutions - ConnectedConsult

Wendy is the Head of Talent Solutions for ConnectedConsult, a division under the ConnectedGroup umbrella. This division provides HR consulting services to organisations who are either experiencing rapid growth or, who wish to overhaul their talent management processes and mindset.

 

Prior to joining ConnectedGroup, Wendy was in senior HR leadership roles demonstrating strong business acumen and a proven history in building, developing and scaling high performing organisations in the global consulting (Accenture), healthcare (UMP Healthcare), media (GroupM & Omnicom Media Group) and market research (Kantar TNS) sectors in China and Hong Kong.

 

Wendy has a Master of Science in Training and Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester as well as an MBA from the University of Western Sydney. She is an Organizational Development Certified Practitioner from the Institute of Organization Development and a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist from the Corporate Health and Wellness Association.
