Our Vision

As a professional recruitment partner, we have long believed that we should have a ‘duty of care’ when dealing with our candidates and clients. In particular, the wrong career move for a candidate can have a significant impact on their lives and professional trajectory and, as such, we should carefully and candidly help them navigate the process. For employers, the cultural and financial impact of a poorly aligned hire can also be damaging. This is why we developed our ConnectedPledge, where we highlight our commitments to both.


We believe that every recruitment engagement provides an opportunity to do more than just meet a need and, in each case, we look to:


  • Encourage discussion around diversity considerations
  • Initiate a conversation about recruiting for ‘stretch’
  • Support candidates who have been out of the employment market to meaningfully return


Taking this outside of our commercial transactions, we also developed our social purpose where we look to use recruitment to positively impact our community via our work in the not-for-profit sector.
