Give market insight on likely salary expectations for the role you want to hire and ongoing market updates when needed.

Gain specific permission from every candidate to represent them for each opportunity.

Present full details of candidate’s remuneration package, notice period and expectations.

Ensure that only trained consultants are fully accountable for any search, with experience increasing with the seniority/complexity of the vacancy.

Meet every candidate face to face (in-person or via VC) and conduct a full interview before making a formal representation.

Offer insights on candidates that include both positive elements and any possible concerns.

Notify you if (and explain why) we are unable to progress any further with a search process.

Follow any organisational compliance and testing processes that you wish to integrate.

At your request we will secure salary proof and 2 formal references for every candidate who accepts a formal offer of employment.

Manage the offer process with a balanced approach for the best mutual outcome.

Manage data privacy and security issues as they pertain to all parties.

For contract workers, we will manage and advise on all contractual issues at both initial signing and subsequent renewals.

Complete the following minimum post-placement check-in process with both parties:
1. Pre-start check the week before start date
2. Start date check
3. 1-month check
4. Mid-probation check
5. 3-month check
We will share information with each party, as appropriate to resolve any issues.
