Pledge to Candidates
For candidates with whom we have engaged for a specific role we pledge to:

Prioritise securing a face to face or VC meeting with any client we plan to represent to you.

Prompt and encourage the consideration of diversity, equity and inclusion when defining search parameters with HR and hiring managers.

Share a job description (if we are given one) and/or a full verbal job briefing with you.

Gain specific permission from you to represent you for each relevant opportunity.

Factor in and empathise with your personal circumstances and give them equal importance to your professional aspirations.

Meet you face to face (in-person or via VC) and conduct a full interview before making a formal representation.

Offer you advice on how best to prepare for and approach each interview.

Manage data privacy and security issues as they pertain to all parties.

Manage the offer process with a balanced approach for the best mutual outcome.

Not to disappear on you during a process. We will always close out with an update on status and as much feedback as we can share with a maximum gap of 2 weeks.

For us to meet the standards of this pledge, we ask that our candidates reciprocate with:
· Prompt feedback after each interview
· Transparency and honesty
Accessibility to enable ease of communication

Consider your long-term career plan with equal importance to the short-term goals.

Complete the following minimum post-placement check-in process with both parties:
1. Pre-start check the week before start date
2. Start date check
3. 1-month check
4. Mid-probation check
5. 3-month check
We will share information with each party, as appropriate to resolve any issues.

Share a balanced view of the employer and the opportunity, highlighting both positives and potential challenges.
