Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering and commenced a technical recruitment career that has covered China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia in 2018. As a former engineer, his experience enables him to consult more deeply on technical roles.
 
He started his recruitment career in the manufacturing and engineering sector covering Hong Kong and Southern China. Two years later, he transitioned to a Property and Construction desk and has recruited across APAC from both Hong Kong and Australia in this space. He joined ConnectedGroup in 2023.
 
Jay has successfully built-up strong relationships with Developers, Contractors, Consulting Firms and Corporate Real Estate functions and has a proven track record of delivering mid to senior hiring solutions.
