Sana brings over a decade of recruitment and talent-strategy experience to ConnectedGroup.
As the Talent Acquisition & HR partner, she’s responsible for hiring the right people and building efficient, scalable HR processes.
Previously, she has worked with large and boutique-sized agencies to recruit top talent, train recruiters and partnered with startups and fintechs as a fractional Head of HR on both retained and project-based engagements giving her a complete understanding of all aspects of HR. She’s known for her action-oriented approach and strategies that drive real results.
Outside of work, Sana is a wine enthusiast, passionate traveller, and community-builder on Instagram. She loves connecting with people, sharing stories, and helping others grow both personally and professionally.
