Commencing his career in recruitment in the UK in 2003 and relocating to Hong Kong in 2006, Ross has worked across permanent search, contract hiring and, in 2014 launched his own business in the technology transformation consulting space. After successfully exiting the business he joined ConnectedGroup in early 2025 to lead the permanent technology and contracting & payroll solution teams, while also launching ConnectedSolutons – our statement of work driven solution focused on a design, deploy, transition model, primarily focused around key transformation projects. Ross’ experience is cross-industry with a key focus on large, enterprise level accounts where he is adept at aligning relationships and resources for maximum customer benefit.

Seeing Ross' strength in business planning and strategy, he was transitioned into the role of Managing Director in June 2025 to support a reshaping of the business to meet the needs of a fast evolving market.
