Ron joined ConnectedGroup in 2024 as a Senior Consultant in the Technology division, recruiting software technologists for financial services in Hong Kong and across the region.

 

He graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University, majoring Advertising and Branding. He started his career as a tech recruiter in 2020, focused on software engineering & application development roles within the front office.

 

In early 2023, he moved to Tokyo to work in the Japanese tech recruitment market. His experience allowed him to understand and identify different job functions across the whole software development life cycle.
