Rhoda brings nearly two decades of recruitment expertise across Asia Pacific and Europe, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Originally from the Philippines and educated in Hong Kong and the UK, she began her recruitment career in 2006 and has since developed deep industry knowledge across banking, financial and professional services.

As Director of ConnectedGroup’s Banking & Financial Services Division, Rhoda oversees a specialist team focused on recruiting across all levels for the following functions:

Rhoda personally specialises in senior-level search across Finance, Strategy, Actuarial, Middle Office & Operations, Transformation, and Consulting. Her approach is strategic, consultative, and relationship-driven.
