Dalvinder began her career in retained and executive search, and quickly advanced into consulting, becoming a Senior Consultant in the transformation and strategic solutions space. Today at ConnectedSolutions, she partners with organizations to drive change and deliver impactful outcomes. 

 

Fluent in English, Cantonese, Punjabi, and Hindi, Dalvinder helps clients connect across cultures, ensuring stronger relationships and better business results. Outside of work, she is a passionate trail runner and ultra marathoner, bringing the same endurance and determination to her professional journey as she does to the trails.
