She has focused on Supply Chain, Sourcing and Manufacturing throughout her recruitment career, making successful placements across director & C-level executive roles. Prior to recruitment, she worked at some of the largest trading and buying offices in Hong Kong, such as Li & Fung & Tchibo. The insider experience has equipped her with deep industry knowledge, fully understanding the challenges and expectations from both the businesses and talent’s perspectives.

 

Born and educated in Hong Kong, Charmaine holds a master’s degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in communication. She is used to working in multi-cultural environment and thrives at building meaningful partnerships for long-term success.
