YY was born and raised in Hong Kong, she studied in Tourism and Event Management and has 7 years of work experience in the aviation industry as a flight attendant and in a charter sales service. Prior to this, she also had 3 years of experience in secretarial support, She joined ConnectedGroup in 2022 and joined the insurance team covering operations before transferring to finance and accounting for financial services in 2023.
Karen loves meeting new people and believes in the power of connection. She is passionate about recruitment and will be focused on services and operations within the insurance sector.
Her goal is to combine her natural confidence and multi-tasking skills with a deep industry knowledge to bring value to both candidate and clients.
