Our client is a major Hong Kong institution with a complex infrastructure and large workforce. They are working through a period of change and transformation; evolving systems and processes to meet the future market.
This role heads day to day services for the organisation (reception, cleaning, security, F&B etc.) and manages a large team plus external vendor resources. Whilst operational experience in these areas is useful, the key is that the successful candidate will need to be able to manage and drive change to find efficiencies and work closely with senior leadership.
- Team and operational leadership experience covering corporate services in a sizeable and/or complex organisational environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese with the ability to influence at senior level and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Effective project and change management experience
