VIP IT Support - Financial Services

This is an excellent opportunity to join a notable insurance firm with a sizeable busienss in Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong with several offices across major business areas, they have more than 4000 staff to support on the company's operations. To maintain a high standard in their IT services, they are looking for a dedicated VIP IT Support with relevant experience to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support to VIP users in a professional manner
• Support business operation users on daily IT requests
• Conduct tracking for IT resources and assets to ensure smooth IT operations
• Assist the team lead in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Take part in end-user and infrastructure projects

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support, and experience in supporting VIP users is a must
• Experience of working in insurance or banking firms would be a significant advantage
• Fluent in Chinese and English communication
