Our client is a global renown FMCG Group and looking for a Training Manager for their frontline staffs and leverage their product knowledge and service standard.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for executing the strategy for learning and development initiatives that support the business objectives
  • Assess front-line sales performance and customer service standards, provide insights & recommendations to management on further training needs
  • Design and develop training objectives for each training and provide measurement and evaluation for training effectiveness
  • Support the launch of new programs, products and equipment by providing the training and learning to front line staff throughout the BU
  • Lead the development of training best practices and standards, enable implementation across regions and share results with all Bus
  • Support retail excellence initiatives around relevant training tools or system launches, upgrades or enhancements, and ensure the retail teams are well equipped to build strong engagement and adoption
  • Train the team the skills necessary to serve the challenging customers in a professional manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones
  • Continuously ensure a high standard of service by keeping the skill sets and knowledge relevant in a changing market environment

Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of training experience in Retail sector
  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Full understanding of blended learning and help drive an overall digital learning culture
  • Competent in project management, organization and follow up
