Our client is a global premium consumer brand. They are now looking for a B2C trade manager to join the team.

This manager aims to establish in the B2C trade of the brand and strategically develop the business to achieve/exceed its target objectives in the market as per the defined business strategy. Drive business results and brand visibility by building and managing relationships and closing deals with on & offline partners.

Job Duties:

  • Contribute to and ensure the execution of the commercial partnership strategy in line with global strategic priorities
  • Assess commercial and brand suitability of prospect partners, manage and develop partnership proposals
  • Lead negotiations of partnership arrangements, close deals with partners (current and new, on-and offline, sell-in and sell-out)
  • Build and manage relationships with on-& offline (trade and machine) partners
  • Evaluate and improve partnership effectiveness regularly
  • Build up sales projection and brand promotions with strategic partners
  • Develop and manage retail distribution (on & offline) in line with market targets and defined distribution strategy
  • Ensure premium positioning of brand, promotion and commercial development presented at trade points and e-retailer platforms
  • Develop, coordinate and implement together with business operation all retail sales activities which include: POSM, demo programmes, cooperative advertising, sales incentives, end-consumer promotions, trade training and all the trade projects
  • Propose and implement the Roadshow/ Recruitment booth activities with strategic partners
  • Manage Promotor Agent, lead negotiations of service agreements on charge and service scope


  • Minimum 6 years experience in commercial partnership management
  • Experience in on and offline retail management is a MUST
  • Experience in selling premium / luxury goods
  • Experience in leading and managing key accounts field staff
