Your Responsibilities:

  • Drives initiatives to improve customer experience, streamline current workflow and reduce pending and enquires volume
  • Organizes and provides coaching, guidance and training on Policy Administration area to other team members, the outsourcing team and distribution partners
  • Handles internal enquiries and performs investigation that are escalated from the team
  • Develops, implements, and enhances policy administration related procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables
  • Manages the productivity, quality & efficiency of the team by reviewing relevant productivity reports, reissues, audits and management reports in order to ensure consistency and accuracy of the output
  • Reviews POS procedures and ensures internal/external guidelines are up to standard
  • Supports systems enhancement, procedures and processes streamlining with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Actively participates in meetings with agency to understand the need for continuous improvement
  • Conducts regular periodic audits to ensure the POS transactions of POS and outsourcing team are well-performed

Your Requirements:

  • University graduate plus 5 years relevant experience
  • Effective problem solving and communication skills and a team player
  • Extensive knowledge in policy owner services
  • Proficient in computer skills
