Our client, a world leading medical device company, is searching for a Territory Manager to join their Sales team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, driven, and has solid relevant experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at staff in-services and physician seminars.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and internal resources
  • Keep up-to-date on all products, clinical and procedural knowledge as it relates to the product being sold within a specific territory
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences
  • A minimum of 5 years' of sales experience within Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
