Our client, a world leading medical device company, is searching for a Territory Manager to join their Sales team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, driven, and has solid relevant experience and knowledge.
- Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at staff in-services and physician seminars.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and internal resources
- Keep up-to-date on all products, clinical and procedural knowledge as it relates to the product being sold within a specific territory
- Implement market development plans/strategies and quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences
- A minimum of 5 years' of sales experience within Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
