Temporary Assistant (up to 17k)
Our client is a sizeable buying office in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Temporary Assistant to support day-to-day accounting data entry work.
- Perform data entry of outstanding invoices
- Process invoice to relevant parties
- Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department
- Provide general support and services to the management
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in clerical / administration field
- Proficiency in PC application, Word, Excel, Outlook, and clerical work
- Independent, mature, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is a MUST
