Our client is a European supermarket with an Asia sourcing office in Hong Kong. To cope with their rapid growth, we are helping them to look for a Temporary Assistant to join their accounting team.
- Perform data entry of outstanding invoices
- Process invoice to relevant parties
- Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department
- Provide general support and services to the Accounting Manager
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Diploma or above with minimum 2 years working experience in clerical/admin/accounting field
- Proficiency in PC applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, and clerical work
- Independent, mature, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is a MUST
