Technical Lead/ Development Manager, Mobile/e-Banking/eCommerce

Our client is well established and expanding bank here in Hong Kong. To support their operation in e-Banking and mobile banking services, they are currently hiring a Technical Lead to lead the offshore development team and drive the digital projects.

Job functions:

• Key person to maintain the development and operation of the application. Responsible to manage internal and offshore development team.
• Oversee the whole software development life-cycle of various digital projects.
• Take the lead in developing and modifying Function Requirement Specification (FRS) and Technical Design (TD) to address on the requirements of digital initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with internal business users to understand business directions and company goals
• Keep up with latest technology trends and apply it to the online platforms.

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 5 years' working experience in designing and developing API driven web or mobile application
• Experience on e-banking/ mobile banking products is preferred
• Hands on coding experience on Java/ JavaScript/ Spring/ Angular/ HTML/ CSS/ SQL is essential
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
