- Perform a full range of secretarial services to the team on meeting schedules, travel arrangement, expenses claims, stationery ordering, Excel reports and PowerPoint presentation etc.
- Work close with other teams on facilitating company
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Exposure working in property/MNC, real estate or sizable copmanies is a must
- Execellent written & spoken skills in English and Chinese
- Good in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Cheerful, independent, detail-minded, mature and with good interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
