Team Assistant-Bank (1 year contract)
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the HR team such as calendar management, onboard supporting, interview arrangement, training classes logistics and visa application etc.
- Responsible for preparing reports and expense claims
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
- Around 10-15 years of related experience gained from bank/financial institution
- Exposure working for HR department is a definite bonus
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Immediately available is prefered
- Independent, organized proactive, detailed minded and a team player
