Our client is a growing financial services organization with strong global presence and are looking for diligent Talent Acquisition Specialist (Assistant HR Manager level) to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Hong Kong and act as contact point for the Regional offices HR. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their business need and motivate qualified candidates to join the company, develop candidate pipeline and build trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree qualification with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist ideally gained from the financial services sector.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment wit a passion in recruitment.
- Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and candidate expectations.
- Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
