A prominent Insurance client is looking for a high calibre and fast paced Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager to join their growing organization. This is an opportunity at their regional office.
Job Scope
Working with a partner within the Talent Acquisition team, you will act as key advisor to all recruitment related matters to a designated portfolio, building a positive relationship across internal stakeholders. You will manage end to end recruitment, develop a candidate pipeline and develop a trusted partnering with external vendors to attract potential talents. whilst working closely with external vendors.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or above in Human resources or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist preferably gained from a fast-paced in-house environment. Less experienced candidates will be considered for Manager level.
- Detail oriented individual with proven record for thriving under pressure. Experience managing volume recruitment will be a plus.
- Independent and proactive, someone who possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Workday knowledge will be highly advantageous.
- Language proficiency in Cantonese, English and mandarin
