- Refine and develop category sourcing strategies, including best practices, process enhancement, cost reduction, vendor development, etc.
- Define and implement strategies for performance optimization of supplier/vendor/factory, including pricing, service level, lead time, quality assurance, logistics arrangement, etc.
- Manage and develop strategic partnership for capacity management, category planning, resources allocation, cost reduction, operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline
- 5 years of experience in related function
- Previous experience in vendor/factory communication
- Good knowledge in OEM/ODM
- Strong business acumen with strong communication and negotiation ability
- Strong blend of business competencies and project management skills
