Our client is a reputable fashion retail group with strong business presence globally. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a senior talent acquisition talent to oversee their recruitment function across APAC region.

Job duties:

  • Report to Talent Acquisition Director, act as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service in talent acquisition
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle of managerial/executive level corporate positions and provide substantial advice to team lead and senior management
  • Manage both online and offline recruitment solutions in employer branding and engagement
  • Partner with business leaders, HR business partners and global TA team to understand, develop and implement business-driven talent acquisition initiatives and projects
  • Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding, learning & development and related area

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 10 years of solid recruitment experience with executive search experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  • Process superb presentation, communications, project management and multi-senior stakeholders management skills
  • Ready to take on challenges and deal with ambiguity and tight timeline with high level of independence
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
