Our client is a reputable fashion retail group with strong business presence in the regions and they are hiring a senior talent to cater for their business growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Report to Talent Acquisition Director, act as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service in talent acquisition
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle of managerial/executive level corporate positions and provide substantial advice to team lead and senior management
  • Manage both online and offline recruitment solutions in employer branding and engagement
  • Partner with business leaders, HR business partners and global TA team to understand, develop and implement business-driven talent acquisition initiatives and projects
  • Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding, learning & development and related area

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Degree holder in Business, HR management or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 10 years of solid recruitment experience with volume-hiring and regional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  • Process superb presentation, communications, project management and multi-senior stakeholders management skills
  • Ready to take challenges and deal with ambiguity and tight timeline with high independence
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
  • Nearly native English and excellent command of Chinese
