|Salary||HK$24000 - HK$30000 per month + Bonus|
A Global Insurance Company is looking for a talent to collaborate and support operational services and provide policy administrative deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders and checking and trainings. You will be rewarded by a competitive remuneration package!
- Conduct quality control through peer review and/or sample checking for the onshore and offshore team members to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all data and deliverables and provide coaching for improvements
- Monitor daily operations, ensure effective operational service supports to both internal and external customers, with bancassurance partner
- Policy documents handling in particular complicated cases
- Work proactively and constantly improve productivity by identifying weaknesses, recommending solutions, and implementing changes/quick wins
- Update manuals and workflow documents on system operations, procedures, customer service standards and various operational requirements regularly
- Conduct in user acceptance test (UAT) on any new or existing technology solutions
- At least 3 years policy administration and servicing in insurance industry, preferred in General Insurance or Banking Industry
- Associate Degree/Diploma or above
- Responsible, with strong sense of accuracy and quality delivery
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
