Our client is a well stablish Insurance Group headquartered in Europe. They are looking for a seasoned and committed Rewards specialist familiar with regional benchmark and grading methodologies to join their team.


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, You will play an advisory role to business leaders on matter related to

compensation/rewards schemes, LTI and STI, budgeting and/or, market trends. You will work closely with designated vendors to ensure market awareness and competitiveness of the organization through benchmark exercises. You will work closely with headquarter and regional stakeholders on rewards projects and reviews. Related projects will also be assigned as needed.

Ideal Candidate

      • Degree qualification or above in Human resources or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience within rewards, ideally from the financial services sector. Regional experience is a must.
      • Sound knowledge of LTI/STI schemes design, Grading and Benchmark methodologies and mobility compensation.
      • Number sensitive with strong analytical skills.
      • Mix of in-house insurance and consultancy background will be highly beneficial.
      • Strong communication skills with a solid ability to influence whilst building a strong and sustainable relationship with the business.
      • Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
