Senior Property Sales Manager/Manager - HK Private Developer

Our client is an established private developer with a mixed portfolio outlook in Hong Kong, currently looking for an experienced "Senior Sales Manager" or "Manager" to overse eand execute some of it's redeveloped/revitalized projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of property sales function including but not limited to new buyer engagement, negotiations, contracting etc;
• Spearheading strategies to steer the portfolio's future in a positive direction;
• Budget, forecast and market benchmarking to maximize revenue and conduct regular performance review;
• Be the contact person for relevant agency and arrange advertisement and marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Market, Business Management, Real Estate Management or relevant disciplines;
• Over 6-8 years of experience within the Transaction/Sales capacity from a Landlord/Agency perspective;
• Previous exposures in Commercial/residential/industrial market with sound knowledge of local regulations;
• Natural communicator - Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be an advantage
