Our client is a leading manufacturer to supply plastic components to top-tier shoe and sneaker brands around the world. They are currently expanding their business and production line and looking for a Senior Production Manager specialized in plastic injection process/ molds/ polymer materials/ machinery with lean/ six sigma knowledge to join their team.

Job duties:

• Managing an injection molding line to deliver products on quality and on time with the highest HSE standards.
• Guiding the day-to-day activities of the Production, Material Preparation, and Maintenance team.
• Ensuring the implementation of SOP and follow-up of SOP by the Production team.
• Implement LEAN methods in all production-related departments.
• Responsible for process engineering and process research.
• Ensure quality and negotiate quality standards and tolerances.

Experience/Skills:

• Require a minimum of bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering Disciplines.
• 5 years + experience in Production Manager position for manufacturing aspect, such as Plastic Processing, Automation Processes.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Lean management.
• Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.
• Fluent in Chinese is highly preferred.
