Our client is well-known property developer. They are looking for individuals with solid CRM/data analytics experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in company database analytics, present findings and recommendations on customer insights and engagement
  • Transfer data into presentations and reports to provide actionable advice
  • Act as the key communication person between internal & external parties
  • Responsible for data maintenance and accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in CRM/data analytics field
  • Proficient in SQL and experience in PowerBI/Tableau/Salesforce
  • Experience in property/retail/hospitality is a highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
