Senior Merchandiser (sports accessories)

My client is an EU sportswear & activewear brand, who is looking for a Senior Merchandiser (or PD or Technologist) for the sports accessories.

This person needs solid experience handling sporting goods / sports accessories items, e.g. bottles, bags, socks, headwear, equipment (e.g. yoga mat).

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective sourcing and merchandising operations for accessories categories
• Daily operations of product development and bulk production
• Maintain good relationship with buying teams and suppliers
• Ensure products are delivered on time under good quality
• Offer technical support internally and externally

Requirements

• Preferably degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
• Young, energetic, not a 'textbook follower'
• Good oral and written English
