Senior Marketing Executive (Beauty 25K)

Our client is a global luxury beauty brand. They are now hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team.

Accountabilities:

• Take part in planning and execute new launches, campaigns, events and promotions according to the planned Marketing Calendar and budget.

• Assist and develop and implement the full year trade strategy with clear KPI tracking
• Assist in retailtainment and boutique event implementation and execution to ensure operation excellence, including POP localization, arrangement of all promotion deliverables & promoters, budget tracking and coordination with other function teams on all trade activities
  
  
• Assist in daily trade marketing coordination and initiate promotion mechanism to optimize the promotion effectiveness
  
  
• Forecast and manage the usage of promotion materials in line with sales strategies to achieve business target
• Work closely with sales and training team to ensure Trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets
  
  
• Establish and maintain the strong business relationship with trade partners to achieve the mutual beneficial business objectives
  
  
• Collect market intelligence and analyses the competitor promotional strategy to facilitate promotion design
• Prepare monthly report with insight and learning for improvement and sharing to regional for other markets adaptation

Requirements:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• 5 years' working experience gained in luxury industry, experience in cosmetic industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge & skills in advertising, promotion, marketing or event management
• Proven ability to work with retailers, external agencies, publicity and suppliers to establish effective marketing programs
• Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated and team-work mentality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
