To cope with increased business needs, a leading medical aesthetic group is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager for their rapidly expanding business in Hong Kong and China.

Leading a small team, this role will be responsible for the following,

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure automated campaigns achieve business goals including customer targeting / retargeting and campaign response analysis
  • Commercialise insights from data analytics under a customer-centric context and turn into business strategy
  • Work with business stakeholders to help them understand algorithm requirements and deliver high-quality solutions to them
  • Proactively make strategic recommendations to improve conversion rate, sales performance throughout the customer acquisition, relationship building and retention funnel
  • Analyse the relationship between advertisement performance and advertisement positioning, advertisement targeting logics, and forecast the performance of future campaign
  • Monitor lead-to-opportunity-to-close progression through marketing funnel to attain business goals
  • Conduct digital campaign testing and optimization
  • Hands on management of customer database and big data system to execute and optimize the marketing team's lead generation efforts
  • Collect customer data and develop meaningful customer segmentation
  • Build customer oriented data, analytical and marketing automation structure with personalization capabilities
  • Plan and deliver modelling and database marketing activities starting with new customer acquisition to engagement of those customers to challenger bank
  • Provide recommendations on strategies, procedures, platform roadmaps, and process improvements regarding marketing automation, sales/marketing alignment, measurement, and lead generation
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for effective business analyses and campaign execution on customer / distribution channels.

Successful calibre shall possess,

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 8+ years digital marketing / CRM / database marketing management / marketing analytics / marketing automation experience
  • Solid experience on defining and delivering customer segmentation and behaviour models, and delivering customer targeting through a campaign management tool
  • Strong knowledge on matching and filtering, customer segmentation, A/B testing, scoring model and CRM platform capabilities
  • Data-driven combined with creative thinking and ability to translate data into successful marketing strategies
  • Highly agile, fast-past, independent proactive and resilience, with a can-do mindset
  • Superb time management and multi-priorities management experience
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and upward management skills
  • A result-oriented person with a passion for excellence, high level of initiative, strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform under high time pressure
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
