Our client is one of the biggest multinational insurance company in the world and they are expanding their Digital team across web marketing, performance marketing and content marketing. They are now looking for a high caliber to join their digital and ecommerce team to further drive their ecommerce and website strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company website for lead generation;
  • To promote company's' ecommerce website to acquire customers via creative digital marketing campaigns;
  • To ensure content strategy is adaptive to user profile, context or behaviour on company site;
  • To ensure website classification, navigation and categories support a customer first approach;
  • To work closely with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company web presence;
  • To monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company website;
  • To develop best practice testing guidelines by implementing and running A/B and (MVT) Multivariate testing plan that supports KPI;
  • To formulate and execute the content marketing and email marketing initiatives;
  • To provide reports for the Management team and monitor performance trends for agile enhancement;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ecommerce, communications, or journalism;
  • At least 5 years of experience of Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing, preferably within financial services;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success;
  • A strong analytical/data background in order to create and optimise customer segments
  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics
  • Understanding of how personalised content fits within the wider marketing mix;
  • Demonstrated depth of UX experience, communications strategy, E-Commerce marketing systems, tools & platforms and segmentation decisions;
  • Understanding of using Adobe Target or a similar program to deliver personalization;
  • Previous experience of other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, particularly Adobe Analytics desired;
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
