A prominent insurance firm is looking for a high caliber HR Business Partner experienced with project management to play a leading role post merger and acquisition.

Job Scope

This incumbent will be a key player on leading the post M&A activities and projects, ensuring an efficient and effective end to end integration. You will be the project manager responsible for analyzing relatable data and proactively translating the information into action plans whilst identifying potential risks and its solutions. Working closely across multiple level stakeholders, you will act as an advisor to determine an accurate course of action that aligns with the business integration strategy.

Candidate Requirements

      • Degree qualification or above with a minimum of 6+ as an HR Business Partner with M&A or HR project management experience is a must.
      • Confident individual with strong communication, stakeholder management and influential skills.
      • Proven ability to thrive under a fast paced and matrix environment.
      • Highly analytical and detail oriented who is able to translate disparate information into actions with a problem solving mindset.
      • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory
