A reputable lifestyle fashion brand is looking for a Senior HR Manager to be a key part of a high-performing and collaborative HR team to drive both organizational capability and associate engagement through talent plan and overall HR activities.

Directly report to the General Manager, lead a small team, this incumbent is expected to:

  • Plan and drive HR strategies to be aligned with the business goal and objectives
  • Implement and execute high-value added HR initiatives and programs
  • Build and maintain effective communication and good relationship at all-level within the organization
  • Provide HR advice and counsel to management and influence managers' capabilities to be good leaders
  • Identify and develop leadership talent for pipeline and succession planning
  • Drive talent and performance management, organizational development, C&B, inclusion & diversity, employee experience, leadership development and training to enhance organizational capability
  • Maintain an inclusive, diversative, positive and high-performing work environment by the implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Work closely with management and C&B to ensure our compensation & benefits are competitive and equitable
  • Motivate, inspire and enhance employees' performance by HR project and program.
  • Ensure company action and decision are comply with labor laws and other statutory requirements as well as company policy compliance and values
  • Collaborate and participate in regional HR organization and its region-wide key initiatives actively.

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
  • Over 12 years in HR and over 5 years' Business Partnering experiences in fashion or retail industry is required
  • Experience in employment issues in Hong Kong with in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, people practices and HR disciplines
  • Excellent in multi-tasking, prioritizing, analyzing and data driven skills
  • Strong Team-sprit and determination to succeed with eagerness to learn and grow under fast-pace and stressful environment
  • Solid knowledge of HK employment laws, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record in managing and driving key projects while influencing change
  • Experience in handling expatriate employment issues.
  • Skillful in HRIS and MS Suite including Excel and Visio
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
