Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Internal Control

Our client is a sizable company with diverse businesses across the globe. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Senior Finance Manager that focused on Finance Operations & Internal Control to work closely with the growing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Report to a Finance Director and lead a team of Finance professionals
• Lead finance daily operation on Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledgers
• Implement and streamline operational and finance policies through process re-engineering and continuous improvement
• Set SOP on daily operation process and procedure
• Set up internal control system, policies and procedures for the company
• Lead the implementation, review and monitor internal control and risk management policies according to the statutory guidelines and business requirements
• Provide training and guidance on risk management, internal control and compliance related issues and projects
• Assist on the Company internal audit and ad hoc audit as well as execute follow-up actions on audit findings including any irregularities or incidents

Position Requirements

• A qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 10+ years working experiences preferably with Big 4 background
• In-depth experiences in finance operations from international sizable company
• Extensive experiences in internal control, policy and procedures
• Familiar with setting up internal control and risk management policies is a definite advantage
• Have a self-motivated attitude to always strive for solutions
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated & discipline, good communication and analytical skills
