Our client, a sizable financial institute, is looking for an HR communication specialist to drive all company culture and employee engagement initiatives as well as internal communication to achieve business goal.

Partner closely with various HR and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual contributor is expected to:

  • Define frameworks and processes to drive cultural and digital transformation and improve employee engagement to achieve overall HR strategies
  • Design, develop and implement innovative HR solutions to promote positive corporate culture and arise workplace health and wellbeing
  • Partner with HRBP and team leaders to develop and execute action plans to achieve sustainable improvement in employee engagement
  • Develop and provide guideline and toolkit for people leaders to analysis employee survey results and define quality impact plans
  • Identify optimal communication medium platforms to effectively deliver messages for different target audience
  • Inspire, motivate and engage employees at all leave by implement various creative HR initiatives, engagement events, wellness and internal communications programmes and develop review process to ensure effectiveness and ROI
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to attract, recruit and retain talents by create and maintain positive employer branding
  • Work closely with the Communications team to develop Corporate Social Responsibility strategies to promote positive impact in the society to build company reputation while compliance with related regulation and HK laws
  • Maintain effective communication with HRBPs to identify potential problem and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure all the employee engagement related contents on company portal and relevant channels are up-to-date
  • Identify team objectives and individual career advancement for team members. Lead and coach the team to achieve KPIs while compliance with statutory requirements and company policy and values

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience in which at least 5 years at managerial grade within multinational corporation is required
  • Influential communication leader with optimistic mindset and willingness to work with new technology and tools
  • Skilled in process management and problem-solving to multiple projects timely with high quality
  • Strategic individual with possess business acumen, critical thinking skills and ability to be a good team player
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
