Our client is one of the biggest multinational insurance company in the world and they are expanding their Digital team across web marketing, performance marketing and content marketing. They are now looking for a high caliber to join their digital and ecommerce team to further drive the online business and improve the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement content marketing, performance marketing and social media engagement strategy for business goals and set clear measurable objectives;
  • To acquire leads and engagements through rolling out digital market campaigns;
  • To manage strategic content governance, content plan and content development for overall digital marketing and social media channels;
  • To analyse traffic with insight and formulate effective content plans, user journey, customer funnel for budget optimization;
  • To master content editorial direction with inspiring ideas and use of respected social media channels to produce contents in an innovative, accessible and agile environment;
  • To work closely with internal parties and external agencies to design and develop engaging contents with inspiring ideas;
  • To track and monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against business goals;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ecommerce, communications, or journalism;
  • At least 5 years of experience of Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing, preferably within financial services;
  • Knowledgeable in editorial and strong content marketing experience with hands on experience in developing and managing digital contents through the insights of customer online behaviours, trends and market analysis
  • Strong in performance marketing and digital campaign to optimise full funnel performance from awareness, consideration to conversion
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer and acquisition data and business metrics to support business decisions, optimization and generate insights;
  • Hands on experience on SEM, programmatic marketing, digital media optimisation, lookalike targeting and recency retargeting, message personalisation, and A/B testing to optimise the campaign with the right evaluation, experiment and learning;
  • Proven experience in developing creative fact-based growth strategy is a must;
  • Digital savvy and with an analytical mindset;
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
