Senior Leasing Manager/Manager (Office) - New Project

Our client is a reowned developer with tremendous office Portfolio outlook in Hong Kong and an upcoming existing new Office project coming up; Currently looking for a new headcount of Office Leasing Manager/Senior Manager to cope with their expansion - the ideal candidate will be someone progressive and result driven.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading strategies to steer the Hong Kong Office portfolio's future in a positive direction
• Strategic planning of from planning and pre-leasing stage of the new project in Hong Kong
• Budget, forecast and analyses rental income to maximize revenue and conduct regular tenant's performance review;
• Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking and oversee the P&L of the portfolios;

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Market, Business Management, Real Estate Management or relevant disciplines;
• Over 6-8 years of experience within the Office Leasing capacity from a Landlord/Agency perspective;
• Natural communicator with progressive mindset
