Senior IT Support Officer

A renowned Fortune 500 company is currently looking for a Senior IT Officer to support their daily office operations and oversee their IT system.

Job duties:

• Provide level 1 and 2 user support to users in Hong Kong office
• Manage system administration and system deployment
• Oversee workstation, end-userr and IT security support, inventory monitoring and upgrade planning
• Perform IT projects upon request

Job requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5+ years of IT support experience
• Good level of English and Cantonese
• Friendly, responsible and good team player
