Senior HR Operations Manager

Our client is a well-established IT solutions company with strong client base across APAC. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee full spectrum of HR functions across their regional offices.

Job duties:

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions across regional offices including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, policy and procedures, and ad-hoc HR issues and projects
• Formulate and execute key HR initiatives to support company's business growth
• Act as a Business Partner to global key stakeholders and build collaborative and trusting relationships with business leaders, anticipate business needs, and implement appropriate initiatives
• Work with the Department Heads to build organization and people capabilities, improve workforce profile to increase efficiencies for long-term business growth
• Provide HR Advisory services to the business
• Coach and provide guidance to managers on managing performance issues at all levels

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
• At least 8 years of all-round HR experience, ideally with regional recruitment experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
• Process superb presentation, communications, project management and multi-senior stakeholders management skills
• Ready to take on challenges and deal with ambiguity and tight timeline with high level of independence
• Great team player with the ability to work independently
• HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
