Our client is one of the most profitable organizations and have a sizeable IT team in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a senior support engineer to join support and operation team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading support team to provide first tier support
  • Provide IT General and VIP support to the Regional Head office Hong Kong
  • Provide on-site technical support in software and hardware and perform troubleshooting end user workstation
  • Active Directory manage user account and permission
  • Support for mobile device, AirWatch installation and Enrollment
  • Assist to configuring VPN / VDI remote access on the laptop
  • Install, configures and deploy laptop, mobile device and software for new joiner
  • Using SCCM to install software and update windows patch
  • Perform maintenance on existing computer equipment

Requirements

  • Degree Tertiary or above qualification in IT, Sciences or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years relevant working experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and English/Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in MS Windows 10 and PC hardware/software
  • Experience in VIP support
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud application and SCCM
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and willing to learn
