Senior Financial Planning Analyst (Property)

Our client is a listed property group. They are now seeking a talented individual to join them as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support on the evaluation of potential and existing real estate projects
• Construct and review financial models for feasibility studies
• Ensure sound financial controls, policies, and procedures are in place to meet the business environment in accordance with the corporate requirement
• Perform monitoring of periodic operational and financial related data to analyze patterns and trends for risk and control implications
• Monitor performance of secured projects and update financial models for periodic budgeting exercises
• Undertake internal property valuations
• Perform ad hoc analysis and additional related duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience; preferably from the Property/real estate industry
• Got Big 4 audit firm experience is a definite advantage
• Qualified CPA/HKICPA/ ACCA
• Self-initiative, independent, multitasking, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Planning Manager
