Senior Finance Manager, MNC (Architecture)

One of the largest professional firms in Architecture, Design, Engineering & Consultancy. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join.

Location: Kowloon

Salary: HK$60,000 - HK$70,000 X 12 months + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Finance Director
• Oversee the HK finance operation, managing a team of 6 members to manage and maintain all finance processes, policies, and procedures
• Lead monthly closing of books and report to the Asia regional finance
• Prepare and review monthly financial report package including profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, etc., analyses and provide commentary on key variances against budget and forecast
• Prepare and review annual budget, quarterly forecast, and quarterly reporting packages per instruction from Asia regional finance
• Partnering with HK Managing Director to identify and monitor financial KPIs and agree on the action required
• Lead project review with Business Unit Managers on major projects
• Prepare and review monthly cashflow forecast to ensure business keep the right level of fund
• Take the lead in managing Internal and external audits, responsible for tax compliance and different tax jurisdictions
• Assist Finance Director on ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with a recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA/CPA), with big4 training, preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, previously worked with sizeable MNC environment preferred
• Expected to be a hands-on leader and take ownership of position responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and a team player
• Able to handle multiple projects within tight schedules and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and Access, knowledge of JD Edwards and HFM would be preferred
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Immediate available/short notice would be an advantage
